Job Description

  • Monitor and review inventory levels across stores to ensure stock balance out and stores have enough stock.
  • Responsible for stock take, replenishment of stock, re-ordering and transfers of the stocks.
  • Review store orders before completing reorder levels.
  • Participate /assist with orders from vendors.
  • Prepare and submit stock requisition for approval in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor sale of delivered merchandise and inventory levels across outlets.
  • Accurately record the quality, quantity, type, style of inventory for business planning purposes.
  • Responsible for HQ Warehouse.


  • Work with Business Managers to keep cost under control by ensuring that stock is not stolen, destroyed, missing or counted incorrectly.


  • Work with Accounts to ensure proper financial records of stock levels.


  • Develop and maintain a process for proper tracking of stock and keep proper record of stock in all stores nationwide.


  • Develop and maintain processes for timely and accurate end of month physical inventories.


  • Ensure adherence to the company’s security policies and procedure.
  • Work with external consultants to ensure inventory standards are adhered to.


  • Working together with the Logistic manager and Accounts department as the need arises.


  • Send report to management of on hand quantities and stock performance.
  • Prepare and submit management reports as scheduled.


  • Other duties as assigned by management.
